How to Register Your Student

Welcome to our district. We look forward to serving the needs of your students.

To register your child at a school, please have the following information available:

• Completed registration packet
• Student's original birth certificate
• Student's social security card (optional)
• Student's shot record
• Oral Health Exam
• A photocopy of a previous IEP for Special Education students (if applicable)
• Student's last report card (grades 6-12 only)
• Check-out sheet from previous school (grades 6 - 12 only)
• Transcript (grades 9-12 only)
