Q. I'm ready to take my students to the Tungsten lab for testing. I have a student who is new and not registered with the Tungsten program yet. What can I do?
A. Tungsten files are automatically loaded once a week from PowerSchool to Tungsten. Because of this process, we are not able to add students manually into the Tungsten program.
One suggestion for your new student is to provide them with a printed benchmark assessment and have them fill it out by hand during lab time. Their answers can be entered into the system the following week once they have their login id and password.
