DID YOU KNOW?
Each night the system automatically unlocks your students.
You can unlock your student accounts by following the steps below. (These steps are also found under the Renaissance HELP menu in the top right corner of the screen when you log in.)
Don't forget to generate a new list of student login ids and password to make sure the student is using the correct login information.
Who can do this with default capabilities?
District Administrators, District Staff, School Administrators, Teachers
1. On the Home page, click Personnel, Students, and Parents in the Renaissance Place RT task list. (If you do not see a list of tasks under Renaissance Place, click Show Details.)
2. Click Clear Locked Students.
3. Click on the CLEAR link next to the student's name
