Facilities Accounting 
Facilities Acquisition and Construction are activities concerned with capital projects, such as acquiring land and buildings, remodeling buildings, constructing buildings and additions to buildings, initially installing or extending service systems and other built-in equipment, and improving sites.
All projects are planned and managed in the Facilities Planning Department. The accounting for Capital Facility funded projects is done by the Financial Services Department, which works closely with the Facilities Planning Department and is the financial accounting support for this department.
Facilities accounting is responsible for processing budget and expenditures for new construction and modernization of our schools, existing sites and facilities funded projects. Our department also collects all developer fees and processes all incoming cash receipts and assists with the Annual Developer Fee Report.
