Class Size Overage Claim Sheet Instructions
Through collaboration with the Natomas Teachers Association and District Business Services, new forms for calculating class size overages have been developed. Please note the old blue certificated excess class size time sheets will no longer be accepted. It is the goal that the class size overage claim sheets will be easier for teachers to use, as well as, for the payroll department to process. All that the employee must do is complete their name, employee number, periods (if applicable), and total enrollment numbers within the highlighted fields, and the worksheet will do the rest. Illustrated below are the instructions.
2. Select the specific dropdown tab, under your instructional setting, that relates to your teaching position for which you are claiming overages
3. Select the month for which you are claiming overages
4. Complete your name (last name first) and Employee ID Number (displayed on your paycheck)
5. Print, sign, and submit your class size overage claim sheet, along with copies of the Weekly Attendance Reports (WARs), on a monthly basis to your site administrator/ supervisor for approval. The site secretaries will assign the site code.
