Facilities & Planning Five Year Master Plan
Since June 2008, the Facilities and Planning staff have been working with the Board to develop a comprehensive planning tool addressing all issues relating to the demographics, financing, and planning for District facilities. Staff and Board members have developed this plan through workshops, questions and answers, informational and action items, and through review of several drafts of the Facilities Master Plan.
The attached document is the result of all that effort. From this point forward, staff will continue to update the plan based on future agenda items, discussions, and planning processes. The Board will be provided with proposed updates and progress reports on a biennial basis.
