Did you know health and fitness experts say children should be active for  

60 minutes every day!  Join the movement for an active generation and reverse the trend of childhood obesity! 

 

Parents, please help your child write down daily activities on the activity log provided.  The daily goal is to reach a total of 60 minutes. Every 20 days, the log should be complete.  Please sign on the signature line to show your child has completed the minutes.  Thank you, and happy exercising!!!
